Midlife Chryslers

$10 Admission - In the Music Hall

The Midlife Chryslers are a classic blues and rock side-project featuring members of Michael Stanley & the Resonators and other popular Northeast Ohio bands, who take on the persona of a "band of musical brothers in search of the perfect roadhouse." Free from the expectations and constraints of their main musical projects (for example, the Chryslers adamantly play no MSB or Stanley solo material), this group of accomplished musicians is dedicated to performing the classic blues and rock standards that not only have shaped the foundation of rock and roll, but also gets the ladies out onto the dance floor!

Primary members include veteran Cleveland musical icon Michael Stanley, shedding his solo & MSB persona for this excursion into the blues and rock; Eroc Sosinski, bassist/vocalist for Wish You Were Here, Michael Stanley & The Resonators, and countless other Cleveland bands, and Line Level recording artist Marc Lee Shannon, an accomplished blues & slide guitarist/vocalist from Akron. Rounding out the Chryslers are longtime MSB drummer Tommy Dobeck and percussionist/vocalist Rodney Psyka, also of The Dynosaurs and Breathless, along with fellow Resonator sax player Paul Christensen, and keyboardist Gary Jones. The Midlife Chryslers - in search of the perfect roadhouse.

  Brent Kirby

Brent Kirby

In the Wine Bar

Brent Kirby is a night's stroll with a rock n' roll romantic. This does not mean Kirby's merely a smitten troubadour, or a bard for the wayward but colorful life of musicians. Though his own songs bring up those immortal topics, Kirby's romanticism is much bigger than that. His songs start with the introspective stir of strum and voice, but not unlike his performances, gradually move outward, and embrace the listener.
